Student Employment

Substitute Teachers

Lead Teachers

Lead Teachers work in co-teaching teams to nurture the hearts and inspire the minds of early learners. They are responsible for providing high quality, developmentally appropriate care as defined by NAEYC standards, for fostering a sences of community withing the CDC, and for crafting and implementing emergent curriculum based on their classroom's interests and ability levels.  Currently, there are no Lead Teacher positions open.

Master Teachers

A Master Teacher ideally has a graduate degree in early childhood education and development, three or more years as an Infant/Toddler teacher, and three or more years as a Preschool Teacher. Master Teachers spend the majority of their time teaching in an early childhood classroom setting. Additional duties include recruiting and training student employees, leading curriculum and assessment for multiple classrooms, as well as supervise junior teachers. Currently there are no Master Teacher positions open.
